Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. has formulated the Nissin Electric Group Medium-to-Long-Term Business Plan “VISION2025” for the five years from fiscal 2021 to 2025.

Outline

Based on its Business Mindset, which has been cultivated over its history of more than 100 years, the Nissin Electric Group is promoting corporate activities with pluralistic values under the Principles of Activities of building firm relationships of trust with stakeholders, with the aim of achieving the Corporate Philosophy of “Through corporate activities that support the foundations of society and industry, the Nissin Electric Group will harmonize with the environment and contribute toward realizing a vibrant society,” which is in line with the SDGs.

In the new Medium-to-Long-Term Business Plan “VISION2025,” which started in April 2021, the company will work to change its people, organizations and businesses under the slogan of NISSIN ISSIN* for transforming into a corporate group “Aiming to become a company creating a sustainable future through reliable technical capabilities where each of employees can realize the contribution to society in an environment that respects diverse values and encourages new challenges.”

Seeing various social changes, including the use of distributed energy resources with the advent of a decarbonized society and the spread use of renewable energy and diversification of workstyles due to an aging society with a declining birthrate in Japan and the new coronavirus pandemic, as business opportunities, Nissin Electric will work to implement the following growth strategies placing the SDGs at their core, and strengthen the business foundation that supports them, and positively make investments for growth from fiscal 2026, thereby contributing to achieving a sustainable global environment and a society where every person can play an active role.

To cope with diverse social changes, in our activities, the emphasis will be on the six growth strategies and five themes in strengthening the business foundation.

We will implement the six growth strategies, four of which place Nissin Electric's energy solution "smart power supply systems (SPSS)" at the core.

Expansion of environmentally friendly products

  • PFI: private finance initiative, DBO: design, build, and operate
    PFI and DBO are techniques used in public works projects to entrust planning and operation of public facilities to the private sector. (Private funds are used for PFI projects, while public funds are used for DBO projects.)
