Since it started the manufacture of power system equipment, the Nissin Electric Group has explored technologies in the areas of electricity and energy and now conducts various technical research and development projects, including materials, beam and plasma technologies.
Our R&D, which focuses on designing custom-made products and systems, has mainly two aspects. One is to research future technologies based on the social situation and market needs, and the other is to develop for specific applications to meet customers’ needs and improve functionality.
Nissin Electric and Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. have established the Nissin-Sumiden Energy System R&D Center, merging their research and development departments with the aim of strengthening their Power Transmission/Distribution and Energy Solution Business.
This group synergy between the power technology and system development technology of Nissin Electric and the environmental and energy technology and materials technology of Sumitomo Electric will further strengthen our business.
